If you are currently seeing another specialist but want to book an appointment with us; don’t worry, we have made this very easy for you, you only need to follow three simple steps:
1. Make an appointment with one of our specialists.
2. Obtain a GP referral prior to the consultation with your fertility specialist.
3. Speak to our friendly staff. Our team will help you organise the transfer of your patient files/medical records and the transportation and storage of embryos, eggs or sperm (if applicable).
Who can use HiDoc Australia?
Anyone can sign up and use the HiDoc Australia app with the exception of underage patients and/or person of unsound mind requiring a guardian to be responsible of his/her medical care.
Can I use HiDoc Australia for my child’s medical needs?
No, this service provides expert medical specialist for women and men’s health requirements relating to fertility, IVF, obstetrics and gynaecology.

What are the devices that I can use for HiDoc Australia?
You can use any Android or IOS enabled devices. You can also use any computer equipment like laptop, desktop by using any web browsers like Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.
When can I use HiDoc Australia?
HiDoc Australia telehealth consultations are available from 8 am to 5 pm, five days a week (Mon-Fri). All online consultations requests completed after 5 pm will be reviewed the next business day.
What do I need to prepare before I start my HiDoc Australia telehealth consultation?
– Make sure that you are in an enclosed private area.
– Make sure your device’s camera and microphone are working properly.
Can I choose a doctor for the telehealth consultation?
Yes, HiDoc Australia allows you to select your preferred doctor from our list of specialists, subject to availability.
What medical conditions are not suitable for a video consultation?
HiDoc Australia is not for emergency cases, acute cases or mental health issues. In addition to this, the following conditions are not suitable for telehealth consultations: acute abdominal pain, chest pain, trauma, open wound, mental health issue, severe allergy reaction or shortness of breath.

What if the doctor determines that my symptoms and/or conditions are not suitable for a telehealth consultation?
HiDoc Australia only addresses non-emergency medical conditions.
If your specialist finds your condition is not suitable for a telehealth consultation, he/she will advise you to make the necessary changes to your appointment/medical treatment based on your personal circumstances.
What should I do if I get disconnected during the telehealth consultation?
